Lead Consultant

The Position
We are looking for a Project Manager/Lead Consultant who has the technical knowledge required to help our nonprofit clients either implement or improve their Salesforce instances, and has the personality and interpersonal skills to lead projects, from discovery to data migration to training.

Knowledge & Experience
Deep familiarity with nonprofits, ideally has worked as a nonprofit Salesforce Administrator or consultant
Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform
Even deeper knowledge of NPSP
Some exposure to the new Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud preferred
Experience with some of the commonly used apps in the nonprofit Salesforce space (Form Assembly, Apsona, DLRS, donation processing apps, email marketing apps, etc.)
Experience with tools and practices for project management (Asana)
Logistics
Contract position with potential to become a salaried position (hourly rate for this position would fall within a $85 - $110 per hour range depending on skills/experience and increase over time, most folks on the CoVo team bill between 15 - 25 hrs/week as they see fit)
Quarterly profit sharing
Fully remote position
Available every week day
